One day Running School Workshop

Who is it for? Men and women who want to learn how to run or improve their running technique and run injury free. Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Teachers, Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors who advise and instruct.

What will you learn? -  We will be taking you through the technique, drills and exercises that will help you to improve your running form, increase your speed and help prevent injury. Don’t worry, there will not be a lot of running! The objective of the day is to learn, have fun and be inspired in your running. You will also receive a comprehensive handbook with running programmes, exercises and drills and tips on technique and planning.

The workshop is restricted to a maximum of 12 people.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop you will not receive a refund but you will receive a credit towards a future workshop by the Running School within 12 months. An administration fee of £25 will be charged for cancellations made before 14 days.
