The Running School – is a unique Performance training facility designed to improve an athlete’s Speed, we work with youngsters from the age of 9, elite sprinters, middle and long distance runners. We have a special Speed Development programme for recreational athletes who want to improve their speed and conditioning for their sport.

Our unique training protocols are scientifically designed to maximize your potential, significantly help improve speed, power, agility and overall athletic performance.

In today’s fast-paced athletic world, participants need an edge over the competition. The Elite Running Programme, , allows athletes, from developing youngsters to elite athletes to obtain that competitive edge ~ SPEED !

Training Programmes:

RUNNING

Completing the running programme, helps athletes achieve increased maximum sprint speed, anaerobic endurance, improved running and sprinting biomechanics, increased aerobic base for long distance runners, increased body balance, improved body composition and awareness. All of which contribute towards speed, endurance and overall athletic success.

 STRENGTH & POWER

Our training programmes are designed to make you stronger and more powerful. They are tailored to every individual based on their body structure, sport, ability and age. We utilise techniques which have been proven to increase functional strength and power for both performance and rehabilitation.
